The Rolls-Royce (Allison) Series III 250-C28 engine is used in Bell 206L-1 LongRangers and MBB Bo-105LS helicopters.
Bell 206L-1 operators should consider upgrading from the stock 250-C28B engine to the more powerful 250-C30P. Air Services has an STC that allows for this conversion. Click here to read more about the LongRanger engine upgrade.
